As
a homeowner in Anthem and construction engineer
for 40 years on the East Coast, it has always
been that when you purchase a new home and lot as
improved property, it means the builder has installed
and paid for the infrastructure, and added these
costs to the purchase price of the home.
Now
that the water and sewer is turned over to Arizona
American Water, they feel that the Anthem homeowners
should again pay for the infrastructure. What will
it be next? A price increase
by APS, Cox and Qwest to pay for their underground
utilities?
The
simple fact of the matter is: Del Webb/ Pulte made
a lot of money on this Anthem project and are now
being greedy.
